1.0 Eligibility

Scanner Points used on the platform have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for currency under any circumstances. EsportScanner is a free AI prediction platform - not a sportsbook, not a casino, and not a financial service.
EsportScanner AI has correctly called 85% of the last 500 matches. All free AI predictions are provided as data-driven estimates - not guaranteed outcomes. Esports results are inherently variable and no prediction model can guarantee accuracy on any individual match.

EsportScanner's free AI esports predictions are editorially independent from partner relationships. Prediction outputs are generated solely by the AI model and are not influenced by partner commercial arrangements.
4.0 Limitation of liability
EsportScanner provides free AI predictions and match data on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any prediction, statistic, or data point displayed on the platform. Esports markets are volatile - team form, roster changes, and in-game variables can affect match outcomes in ways no model can fully account for.
Any decisions made by users based on EsportScanner's free AI predictions - including decisions to place real money wagers on external partner platforms - are made entirely at the user's own risk. EsportScanner accepts no liability for losses incurred on external platforms.
5.0 Scanner Points
Scanner Points are earned by making free AI esports predictions on EsportScanner. Scanner Points have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for real currency. Scanner Points can only be used within the EsportScanner platform to run AI Synthesis and redeem rewards in the Shop.
EsportScanner reserves the right to modify the Scanner Points system, reward catalogue, and platform features at any time without prior notice.
